I just want my pre baby body back.
Before I had Alani I was a workout beast, I had my little abs forming, which was my main focus. I was able to run about 5 miles, I was just in the best shape of my life.
I started working out again during the spring time last year, but that all came to a stop when I experienced a knee injury. My Doctor told me it was okay to start working out again months ago, but I was scared and too lazy, honestly. Now, I am ready to get back to the old me; I think I’m mentally ready.
Every time I get ready to start working out again for the 1st time, I always start off with this 3 day Dr. Oz cleanse.
It helps me flush out and start fresh. I haven’t really experienced weight loss with this cleanse I know some people have, I’ve only lost about 2lbs from it. But it does make me feel lighter, maybe it’s just a mental thing, but that’s just want I need to get into the mind frame of working out again.
My goal isn’t to lose weight, there’s just some areas that I wish to tone. So I’m starting this cleanse Monday, and my goal is to workout at least 3 times a week, then I’ll push it to 5. Wish me luck guys, I’ll keep you all updated on my new journey.
