To all my working parents!
Do you remember that time you had to return back to work, and leave your little one?
I don’t know about you, but for me it was devastating, I remember crying, and not wanting to leave.
I remember calling every hour like what is she doing now, oh she’s still asleep? (yes, I’m really that crazy mom, I still do that till this day, don’t judge me)
For parents who aren’t stay at home moms (shout out to you stay at home moms, your work never goes unnoticed over here), you want a caregiver whose going to care for your child just as much as you will, someone who is caring, has patience, experience, and someone who enjoys watching kids.
I went back to work when Alani was just 2 and a half months, that’s pretty young, but sometimes things have to get done, and money has to be made, but it’s not easy.
Leaving a child so young is hard for most, you want to be at ease while you’re at work, knowing your child is in the best hands ever. My mom had retired during my pregnancy so she was now helping me with my daughter.
