Circus fun with the family, and a stop at the Doughnut Plant

A few days ago my family, including my sister, nephew, friends, and I went to the Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey’s circus show at the Barclay Center.

The show was really nice, and entertaining, baby girl really enjoyed herself. I think her favorite part was when there were 8 motorcycles in the ball of death. I thought she was actually going to be scared of the loud noise but she was laughing and clapping away.

We seen the 7 O’ Clock show so by the time 8:30 came she was fussy and tired, but we made it throught the entire show. Baby girl you are a trooper.

I would definitely bring her again next year when they come back to New York, it was worth it.

Before the show we made a stop at the Doughnut Plant, which is right up the block from the Barclay’s. I’ve been passing this place for months on my way to work, and I always say I have to try it, I finally made it, and I wasn’t disappointed. We had the Strawberry cake, and Pistachio Yeast donuts. I’m not too sure the difference between the yeast and the cake, I’m sure it has to do with how they’re made, but they were good. The strawberry cake donut was the best, it wasn’t too sweet, so that made it mommy approved for baby girl.

I dragged my sister and nephew along and they loved it too. If they loved it then it must’ve been good, because they aren’t the easiest people to please.
