Alani’s 2nd Birthday Party

Throwing a party is a lot of work, and I’m always running around like a chicken without a head, it never fails.

However, the moment I took a step back and seen that Alani was having the time of her life, I just knew that we accomplished what we set out to, and nothing else really mattered.

Thank you Omi for helping a sistah out, and capturing these moments. It really took me forever to sort through these pictures, and choose the ones I wanted to upload. There were just so many great ones, some too great to even share.

 Also, thanks again to everyone who came out, and for the countless gifts.

Okay lets take a minute to talk about this cake. It was everything and more. Because, we were going to be outside, I wanted something that would last in the heat, and this Naked cake from I.M. Pastry was perfect. For the past three years that I’ve been buying cakes (Baby shower, 1st Birthday) this was the best one. So, If you need some treats go there. Oh, and they’re black owned too 😉
