Good Vibes
This past weekend I celebrated my birthday at Cecconi’s with friends who love me, support me, and motivate me. I’ve always been one about good energy, even before I really knew what the meaning of “energy” was, I just knew the kind of feeling I wanted around me.
I have to add that I am so thankful for these ladies, and I have a special relationship with each one of them. Thank you all for a great time, and the great laughs about things that should never be discussed outside of that table LOL. I love you ladies.
Okay, let me sidetrack a bit. Cecconi’s has been a new found favorite of mine. Sekou and i came here on a date about 2 months ago, and i fell in love ever since. I came for dinner the first time i came, and decided to try them for brunch. Listen go and check it out. I’m usually Leary of restaurants whose foods don’t match the ambiance, but cecconi’s dinner, and brunch was really good, and their ambiance is amazing like 10/10 amazing. The Calamari was amazing, their buffala pizza, and their brick chicken is also really good. But, to be honest I didn’t like the “lemon & Berry Merringata” desert.

LoveDemitra’s Mommy Meet up (CMA Edition)
This past weekend the Children’s Museum of Arts hosted our Mommy Meet Up. I know I always say “this one was my favorite one” about all of our Mommy Meet Ups, no but seriously this one really takes the cake.
We had such a great turnout, and all of the children had a blast. We painted, played with clay, blocks, colored, visited the Denim exhibit etc. It was a great time. I love that the kids really have really built relationships with one another. For the past 2 years they have became friends, it’s so nice to see that babies who were in their mommies tummies, are now walking and talking, and interacting with everyone. Kids are asking for some of their other friends who weren’t there like “is Maddie Here” lol.
I’m so very thankful to everyone who came out and supported. I appreciate you all so very much. Alani hasn’t stopped talking about ever since. Lets do this again soon!!!!
