Lala has been waiting all year for this day; it’s finally here and she couldn’t be more happier. Everyone wish Lala a Happy Happy Birthday.

“Malala’s Magic Pencil”
Don’t you wish sometimes you had a magic pencil to write just how you want things to play out. It’s crazy how your magic pencil is really all inside of you; how you move, and what you think.
Malala’s Magic Pencil is such a good book for kids to use their imagination, and we as parents can start teaching them the gift of manifesting. Another one of our favorites!
Pier 17
Hey Fam, so if you haven’t heard already, Pier 17 has mini lawns you can reserve for a donation of $1.59. It’s a great space to hang out, picnic, have lunch, drink, play games, just chop it up; it’s like reserving your own little backyard for an hour and a half, definitely a nice vibe; date night, or even picnic with the kiddies.
Just found out that they will be having movie night starting September; however the dates are currently booked up for the first 2 weeks, but reservations go out every Monday at 10am according to their website, so set your reminders. End the summer with a bang!!!!
Here’s a few pictures from the other day when we went.
When I tell y’all; No one can’t eat anything in front of Lizzy without her reaching out for her share. I promise you we feed her lol. Lala’s face is priceless though.
“LALA Had a Little Glam”
When Lala’s grandma bought her this book (Mary Had A Little Glam) a few years ago, Lala would have me read it to her every night for weeks; You don’t want to read another book?! I swear we read it EVERY NIGHT y’all.
Mary in the book reminds so much of Lala, which is probably why she loved this book so much, she’s so fancy, so elegant, soooo Lala. She knew how to be glamorous, and also have fun, just like Lala Bird.
Are your kiddies a great mix of glamour and fun, if so get them this book.
123 Brooklyn
When you come to our house one thing you’re going to see a lot of is toys, and books lol. I saved all of Lala’s favorites when she was a baby, and now they’re passed onto Aleise.
Alani is reading now, so bedtimes stories are a lot more fun, and interesting. Lala has put Aleise to sleep reading her a bedtime story on soo many occasions. I am grateful for the slight load taken off of my plate lol.
123 Brooklyn is one of Aleise’s favorites… in all honestly, anything Alani reads she loves. 123 Brooklyn is actually one of my favorites. Counting, and different sights of Brooklyn; who doesn’t love that?? we do!! Do you guys have this book?
What books are your children reading this week?
