It’s a heatwave out her in NYC. In the summertime when it’s extremely hot outside, and there’s nothing really to do we go to the park. I like to get out before the peak of the heat, so we’re usually out by 8am. Best believe the girls also have their swimming suits on so that they’re able to get wet. And, the towel dresses; GENIUS. What do you guys do when it’s blazing outside??

Also, Look at Lizzy on the monkey bars. She obviously has been watching her big sister, and couldn’t wait for her chance to be in action. I just love how brave our children are, and how much they are up for a challenge. I’m a park mom, and these are the park kids lol.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. To my fiancé, our dad of the house, we love you and we appreciate you for all that you do for us. We’ve gone through just about every stage in life so far, but this by far is the most challenging, and most rewarding. Happy I get to do this parent thing with you. The love our daughters have for you is unmatched. The way they run to you as soon as you get home, smother you with kisses or how Aleise thinks you’re hers, and only hers- I love to see it. Keep doing the damn thing babe.

Today we celebrate our baby Aleise, she is now 2!!! Our little prissy princess, if anyone knows Aleise she’s such a princess, and moves so gracefully. She loves anything her sister does, and is so ambitious just like her; She’s really in the living room doing flips just like her sister (well almost). Our baby really is the smartest 2 year old ever, she’s also so respectful, and makes me feel like such a proud mom when she says “Thank You Mommy” “It’s okay Mommy” or when she randomly comes to Sekou and I and says ” I Love You Mommy” “I Love You Daddy” ugh, my heart. I am so thankful that we were handpicked to help guide and nurture her through this life, and so excited to take on year 2!
