Sunday Funday

This weekend we took a family trip to the Smorgasburg in Prospect Park, one of Sekou’s favorite things to do on the weekend. We took the kiddies with us and made it a family thing. Honestly the kids could care less about trying different food vendors lol, but one ice cream and the park is involved count them in.

Sekou recommended the “2 Girls & a Cookshop” we got the Jerk Chicken Tacos- no complaints here. I love that it’s a mom and daughter business, and the food is bomb, so yea go support them.

“They” call me the park mom, because in real life we’re always at the park. Y’all look at lala’s press ons lmao I cannot. She think she’s me, I love me a press on and when I’m rushing I’m going to put them on right in the car like she did lol.

Also I tried a new hair do, how did I do? I really love it, and it’s about to be my new go to for when I’m going out. Youtube really be teaching all the thingssss.

I’m not the only paparazzi, so is dad lol.

Still can’t get over that we paid $9 for these fries lol, like what?!

Also can we talk about how beautiful Lala’s hair is omg I love it so much. I love that she loves her natural hair too. Although it’s A LOT to manage I’m making sure to take good care of it to grow beautifully and healthy.

Y’all Lala is turning 8!!!! in a couple of weeks I cannot believe we’ve been doing thins parenting thing for 8 years now, that’s wild! Shout outs to Sekou and I for doing the damn thing if I do say so myself.

I call Sekou the coolest dad, because he’s really just cool how you see him, everyday of the week. What dad you know is in the park this fly?!
