The 5 Love Languages of Children
I’ve been reading “The 5 Love Languages of Children“, and when I tell you I’ve been hooked; I’ve been hooked. This book has so many gems, and so many approaches for dealing with our children’s wants and needs through love.
The love languages are broken up into 5 languages (Words of affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality time, and physical touch). Love is all everyone needs, but catering to your child specific love language more than the others can really help mold them to be loving, giving responsible adults.
Reading this book really had me reflecting on my love language, and what I needed when I was a child. I recommend this book to ALL parents/care givers, it’s such a great informative read.
