Throwing a party is a lot of work, and I’m always running around like a chicken without a head, it never fails.

However, the moment I took a step back and seen that Alani was having the time of her life, I just knew that we accomplished what we set out to, and nothing else really mattered.

Thank you Omi for helping a sistah out, and capturing these moments. It really took me forever to sort through these pictures, and choose the ones I wanted to upload. There were just so many great ones, some too great to even share.

Happy Birthday to the most amazing human being ever.

Alani, the love you exude, is beyond anything I could’ve ever asked for.

You are so full of life, energy and love, with such a huge personality.

Thank you for being mine, for teaching me so much, for welcoming me into mother/womanhood.

These past 2 years have been such a great journey.

I look forward to all the amazing memories we plan to spend in the future. I’m still asking myself how do I have a two year old? Please slow down, just a little.

A Picture a Day:Day 30

This weekend we had LaLa’s party, and boy was it a lot (as always), but she had a blast and that’s all that really matters to me.
