“Just Ask”
OMG, I love this book so much. If you ever wanted to teach your child inclusiveness, “Just Ask” is the book for your child. It lets children know that there are many different kinds of people in the world, but we can all come together, and incorporate what we’re good at. It also lets children know that, although we’re different it’s good to ask questions, to get to know someone better. This book is definitely on the top of my list. If you don’t have it yet please purchase. Lets teach our little ones to be understanding, and great listeners.
LoveDemitra’s Mommy Meet Up
This past weekend we have finally resumed our Mommy Meet Ups, and I have to say it was wellll worth the wait. The kids had so much fun reuniting with their friends, running in open space, soaking up the little bit of sun there was, painting pumpkins, eating snacks, listening during story time, singing happy birthday… Lets just say it was a great great day. Again, I want to thank every single person who came out, and everyone who has supported. Looking at these photos bring so much joy; it screams Black Mom Magic, and Black kid Magic. leave a comment like, share with a friend, support anyway you feel you heart desires.
Special thank You to 180h4Cuisine for our sandwiches that everyone loved, my sister Tricia, for helping me pull this together, Tukie, for always being ready and willing to read the kiddies, and my sister Klarinda for always entertaining the kiddies

Farewell to Summer
In just a couple more days it will officially be fall, meanwhile the weather feels like its about to be winter. I’m so happy we were able to squeeze in a beach day at the last minute. Lala has been asking for the beach all summer, and we made it in the nick of time. This was also Lizzy, and my niece’s first experience. My niece loved it Lizzy not too much lol, so we’ll try again next year.
Happy almost fall everyone!
